2. What SayTOMiMi is

SayTOMiMi provides access to professional counselling and psychological support. Sessions are delivered by independent professionals who agree to our platform standards. Where you would benefit from specialised or psychiatric care, our clinical team will help refer you to an appropriate licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use SayTOMiMi. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and supervise your use of the service.

4. Bookings, payments and cancellations

• Session fees are shown before you confirm a booking.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation and rebooking windows are shown at checkout and in your account.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during intake and registration.
• Attend sessions you have booked, or cancel within the stated window.
• Treat counsellors and staff with respect.

6. Confidentiality

Conversations are confidential and handled under our privacy policy. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

7. Counsellor conduct

Counsellors and psychologists on SayTOMiMi agree to professional standards, supervision, and confidentiality obligations before working with clients. They practise as independent professionals.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayTOMiMi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email.
