Privacy policy

Last updated 2 September 2026. This explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed against the data-protection laws that apply to you (for example India's DPDP Act) before you rely on it.

What we collect

  • Intake details you submit through the booking form — name, contact details, age, the concerns you want support with, and your preferences.
  • Account information if you register — email and authentication data.
  • Session information — bookings, attendance, and clinical notes recorded by your counsellor.
  • Technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To match you with an appropriate counsellor or psychologist.
  • To schedule and deliver sessions and follow up with you.
  • To maintain clinical records and support continuity of care.
  • To keep the platform safe, and to meet legal obligations.

Who can see your information

Clinical notes are visible only to the counsellor who wrote them and authorised administrators. Intake submissions are visible only to SayTOMiMi administrators. We do not sell your personal information.

How it is protected

Data is stored with a reputable cloud provider with access controls and row-level security. Access is limited to people who need it to provide or administer your care.

How long we keep it

We retain clinical records for the period required by professional and legal standards, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

  • You can request access to, or correction of, your personal data.
  • You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to retain.
  • You can withdraw consent to future contact at any time.
